A little dive into Fauci's Tax Returns
What the data says from 2019 & 2020. Pay attention to the dates.
I've taken a little dive into Flip Flop Fauci's 2019 and 2020 taxes to see what was in the reports and holy crap!!!!
There are some interesting firms that he's got $$$ with. He also has multiple accounts which isn't all that unusual if you are making bank except for the amount of fund companies he’s using which could indicate that some shells could be involved. Now I can’t confirm that yet. I’m waiting for my financial guru to get back to me with the fund breakdowns. However, it’s not uncommon for the big fund co’s to push the crap out of pharma stocks due to the massive returns. Especially when there is no liability for the manufacturers so it’s OPEN SEASON.
A quick note. Fauci has 3 different types of accounts that he reported to the IRS:
IRA Contributory, Fauci Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995 & Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014). He runs everything through Charles Schwab (Klaus says thanks ;) and CIBC.
On 1st passing, there are many questions and concerns which need to be raised. Please pay attention to the dates as well, ie. releases of different events (from papers, press releases, media reports, stock reports,, etc).
For the stock reports, refer to both Moderna and Pfizer charts based on 5 year and mouse over the appropriate dates as you usually will see the spikes within a couple of days to a couple of weeks. I’ve included them at the bottom for reference. I’ve also included his wife’s tax info for 2019 and 2020 and notice when they both bought or sold and pay close attention to the *** in the share movement.
Now the dubious task of interpreting Flip Flops tax returns. This is what I found.
1. Page 2 - Filers Positions Held Outside of Gov't - 3. Doris Duke Foundations, McGraw Hill Publishing and Jackson-Filmore Italian Restaurant. For McGraw Hill he get "royalties and rents". FYI, McGraw Hill is one of the top 3 publishers in the US. Journal payouts have been close to or a little over $200,000. But what are the royalties from as they are not listed in his records as royalties?
2. Section 9 - Gifts and Travel Reimbursements . Bottom of page 3/start of page 4. He has 3 listed as "virtual galas" and he had the audacity to charge $1,500 (self), $1,600 (self) and $5,000 (him and his wife). The last one was for RFK Ripple of Hope Gala..
Why is he charging to attend a gala virtually?
3. Mutual Funds/Bonds
>Page 9. (IRA Contributory) He invested $191,049.95 and sold off $175,363.00.. Ok.. nothing happening here until you look at when he made the purchases - DECEMBER 2020 which coincides with the jab rollout. Coincidence? I'll unpack that more later.
<Pages 22-24 (Fauci Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995) . Mutual Funds (11 different firms). That's quite a bit for someone who makes $400k/annum. Plus the royalties he gets from his 10+ patents (many on HIV).
>Pages 33-35 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014). Bonds (2), Mutual Funds (11). Total 13 different funds with Vanguard listed twice.
Why so many firms? I can see 2 or 3 but 11 or 13? Come on man.
4. Shares (bought and sold)
> Page 9 (IRA Contributory) Bought $191,049.95 and sold off $175,363.00.
> Page 21 (Fauci Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995). He sold $624,125.74 in 2020. That's a decent chunk of change and what did he do with this? Moreover, why wasn't this listed on Page 9? But also purchased $689,714. 89 during 2020. On what?
> Page 32 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014). He bought $1,164,926 and sold $1,055,564.11 worth of shares. What were they?
5. Pages 35-36 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014). All of his share reinvestment happened in December 2020. Starting @ Dec 8th til year end. Of course it's year end but what's in those mutual funds?
6. Multiple pages Follow the money. Account balances as of Dec 31,2020
>$638,519.70 (IRA Contributory Page 8),
> $2,403, 522.28 (Fauci Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995 Page 20),
> $5,295, 898.92 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014)
VS his 2019 returns
> $589,612.35 (IRA Contributory Plan Page 133)
> $2,389,134.90 (Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995 Page 125)
> $4,655,570.16 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014 Page 117)
Translation?
9.2% increase for his IRA Contributory
9.9% increase for his Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995
8.8% increase for his Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014
Somewhat average compared to the returns from the big firms (9.5%).
Something still stinks.
More on 2019?
1. Shares (bought and sold)
Page 118 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014) Why did he purchase $906,201.29 worth of shares vs only $115,757.76? Remember in 2020 he bought $191,049.95 and sold off $175,363.00. What did he know in 2019?
Page 126(Fauci Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995). Bought $387,475.22 but sold $479,925.00 vs 2020 where he bought $689,714. 89 and sold $624,125.74 worth of shares in what? Why did he buy almost double the amount of shares in 2020? What did he know? (sorry rhetorical question but still should make you think considering we shut down the planet in 2020)
Page 134 (IRA Contributory) Bought $85,772.31 and sold 94,985.00 vs $191,049.95 and sold off $175,363.00 for 2020. Once again, what did he know which would prompt him to increase his purchases. I'm not overly concerned with what he sold off as it could've some dead weight. Don't know because he's not the type to have a convo with me ;)
2. Pages 119-121 (Fauci Revocable Trust U/A DTD 3/19/2014) Why does he have 14 different mutual funds in 2019 compared to 11 in 2020? Did some of the firms close down or did he liquidate between 2019- end of 2020?
Pages 127-129 (Fauci Benefit Plan U/A DTD 12/08/1995) 11 equity funds and 1 bond fund vs 11equity and 2 bond funds.
Pages 135-136 (IRA Contributory) 10 different equity funds vs. 9 from 2020.
Fauci's Bank Statements (CIBC) Pages 59-111 (Flip Flop 2020 bank statements with some 2021 entries), pages 153-159 (spouse) and pages 160-178 (Flip Flops 2019 bank statements.
This one is pretty revealing at certain periods in both 2019 and 2020 and there is a decent amount of shares being bought and sold within the same day or within a couple of days. I'm not talking about a couple of transactions but all of his accounts (IRA, Trust and Benefit) have activity around certain dates. Also pay attention to the different companies when he is buying and selling shares. Also pay attention to how much "bank interest" he pays.. LMAO
NOTE:
"sh" = share,
buy/sell/cancel sell = transactions
*** = higher than average purchase volume for $1/share.. over $20,000
